Description

Ankle length is a specific decision rather than a compromise: it clears the floor, so the dress is walkable in heels, and it still runs the eye in one unbroken line from waist to hem. The square neckline squares off the shoulders at the top of that line and leaves the collarbones open.

Under the mesh lace is a blend of polyester and elastane, which is why it gives where the waist is fitted. The back closes with buttons and finishes with small bow details. In red or black.

Which size should I take?

The size chart on this page lists the real garment measurements in centimetres for this exact style — not a generic conversion table. Bust is usually the number that decides the fit, so start there.

Will this work as a wedding guest or occasion dress?

Some of these are cut for it and some are not, and the description on each page tells you which. For occasions, look at the satin and chiffon styles in Wedding Guest Dresses; for a hot outdoor day, Summer Dresses are the lighter cottons and linens.

How do I care for it?
