- Original Condition: Tags should remain attached and items should be returned in original packaging where possible.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products excluded for hygiene or safety reasons may be marked as non-returnable on product pages.

- Ship the Item: Securely package the item and send it using a trackable method.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for a different size or color of the same item, subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs and Refund Timeline
- Defective or Incorrect Orders: Malena Lane will assist with return shipping if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Change-of-Mind Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
