Description
Ruffles stack from the waist down, each tier sitting slightly wider than the one above it, and the skirt flares because of the stacking rather than because it has been cut full. That is why it keeps its volume when you move and does not collapse when you sit.
A wide waist panel holds the top flat, which stops the layers starting too high and adding bulk at the hip. The surface is textured, so the tiers catch light at different angles and the skirt reads as more than one shade even in a single colour. Cut short, with a flared lower shape.

The care label inside the garment is the authority for that fabric. As a rule: satin, chiffon and viscose prefer a cool, gentle wash or dry cleaning; cotton and linen are happy at 30°C. Hang to dry rather than tumble — it keeps the drape and the length.
